What is collected
Only what you type into the case review form: your name, email address, phone number, the answers to the screening questions, and any description you choose to add. That is the whole list.
What is deliberately not collected
- IP addresses are not logged. The server drops the connecting IP before anything is written.
- No device fingerprinting, no session replay, no heatmap or scroll-recording tools.
- No cross-site advertising cookies are set by this site's own code.
Third parties
Three service providers may process data on the firm's behalf: the hosting and edge-storage provider that runs this site, the transactional email provider that delivers your confirmation, and the electronic signature provider that handles retainer execution. Each acts as a processor under contract and is used only to deliver the service you asked for.
If advertising conversion measurement is enabled, event tags fire on the pages you visit. Those tags may set cookies controlled by the advertising platform, subject to that platform's own policy. Your name, email, phone number and the substance of your answers are never passed to an advertising platform.
What is never done
Your information is not sold, rented, brokered or traded. It is not passed to third-party lead aggregators, lead marketplaces, or other law firms outside the referral arrangement described in the Attorney Advertising Notice — and any such referral requires your advance written consent.
Confidentiality
Information you submit about a potential claim is treated as confidential prospective-client information under Rule of Professional Conduct 1.18, whether or not the firm ultimately represents you.
Text and call consent
If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, text and email about your potential claim, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of representation. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask to be removed at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention
Submissions that do not become matters are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Files for matters the firm accepts are retained as professional responsibility and court rules require. You may request deletion of a non-matter submission by emailing the address in the footer.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Requests go to the email address in the footer.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Claims involving injured minors are handled through a parent or guardian.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
